How is each report type priced?
409A valuations are priced by amount raised and SMB valuations by annual revenue, both starting at $899. ASC 718, IFRS 2, ESOP, and gift & estate tax reports use simple tiers, while ASC 820, EMI, CSOP, purchase price allocation, impairment testing, and IP valuations are flat-priced. The pricing module shows the exact price for each report type.
How long does a valuation report take?
Standard delivery is 7 business days for every report type. Express delivery is available on many reports for a flat add-on, delivering in 1 or 3 business days depending on the report.
What is included in the report?
The workflow includes company intake, cap table and accounting context supplied by the company, valuation analysis, draft review, expert review, and a final report.
Why is the QSBS attestation cheaper as an add-on?
The standalone QSBS attestation is $999. When bundled with another report we already have your company’s intake, cap table, and financial context, so the attestation is $500. The discount reflects shared work, not a lighter document.
