Affordable 409A Valuations

Published tiers by capital raised, so you know the price before you sign up. No quote process, no bundled subscription you did not want.

How the pricing works

Pricing scales with capital raised, because that is the best available proxy for cap table complexity. More rounds mean more share classes, more breakpoints in the waterfall, and more allocation work. The tier is visible before you start.

What is included at every tier

The deliverable does not change with the tier.

  • Independent, expert-reviewed valuation report
  • Allocation built on your actual cap table, rights, and preferences
  • Documentation prepared for auditor and IRS review
  • Draft in 24 hours, final report in 7 business days
  • First 2 hours of audit support included

How it compares

Independent valuation firms typically quote $3,000 or more and take one to three weeks. Cap-table platforms bundle a valuation into an annual subscription, which is good value if you want the platform and expensive if the valuation is all you need.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a cheaper option if we have not raised anything?

Companies with under $1M raised sit in the lowest tier at $899. That tier reflects a simpler cap table with fewer share classes to model.

Are there hidden fees?

The tier price is the report price. Express delivery and add-ons such as a QSBS attestation letter are priced separately and shown before checkout. Audit support beyond the included first 2 hours is billed hourly.

Do we pay again for the annual refresh?

A refresh is a new valuation for a new period and is priced at the tier matching your capital raised at that time. Companies that have raised more since the last report move up a tier.
